Yes, our customer service group uses ServiceWise (looking at the techexcel site now, this might be an older name for the CRM product) and DevTrack.
The internet site I run for the company (http://www.users.areva-td.com) interfaces with the CRM backend to verify customer logins. ooo... we're on the customers page (http://www.techexcel.com/customers.html - scroll down to AREVA) looks like one of our customers uses their products too (Manitoba Hydro).
