I think AA, like unions, served a purpose once but that time is over. 
We all need to move on - without AA.  As to the argument about
percentages I'd offer 3 things:

1.) Blacks are only about 15% of the population (maybe less) and if
you consider the fact that today's CEOs had to start college decades
ago, yes, there was more discrimination then.

2.) There is the same question about women and several studies have
shown that many women don't want those positions because it doesn't
allow them the family life they'd like.

3.) I've seen black africans come to America, learn english, and get
accepted to Harvard in a matter of years.  Anybody that complains they
can't do it due to discrimination will be eating the dust of the
people that just did it.
