I just leave all messages I get from HoF in my gmail and use its search feature when I am looking for something. Works out pretty good so far. Gmail is the sole reason I started to get back on the HoF mailing lists, its ability to thread the discussions and archive them out of sight/mind helps me out a ton in following the discussions I care about reading and ignoring others.
