We have the APC reboot. ( I think thats the name) 

I'm getting a Blackberry for work. With it, I can access the internet
any time any where unlike my laptop. So if I could go to a web page
that is Blackberry friendly, I can reboot the server. Of course this
would be used in case of an emergency only.

I hope this explains what I'm looking for a little better.
