Lies, damn lies, statistics. What are these numbers put against. Overall
against all of America or by capita? Got a link showing where this is from
so we can see their methodology. Trust me, I've done stats. I love stats and
stats lie so well that you can't not believe them. Remember the election
where one statistic was thrown out and each side said it proved their point?
You need more than just a single number to have meaning.

If America is 70% white, then you can expect 70% of an average workplace to
be white, no?
