As I said, without a full rundown on what they measured the stats against, 
how they were collected, etc. they are meaningless. If I said that a survey 
showed 95% of CEOs being from northern states and less than 5% are from the 
south, it could be shown to be discrimination against southerners. If the 
stats were taken from NY based companies then it explains the results. Stats 
without baselines and many other pieces of data are just meaningless numbers 
that lie. Lie prettily, but lie none the less.
