I think that is a state-by-state thing. There was a state representative in 
Florida that wanted to change the law in Florida, figuring he would instantly 
pick up ALL of those newly voting felons, since he would be the one who gave 
them that right.

What about felons?  I seem to remember that convicted felons are
prohibited from voting... or is that a myth?
