I like the look... but I find the "Action" text (the form field labels and especially the smaller tabs) to be really small. The tab text is nearly illegible on my screen (an 18.1" lcd running at 1280x1024). The tab text isn't helped by the lack of contrast between the text and the field (yellow text would show up much clearer on a blue field). I know that there's a (personally really annoying) trend that tiny text is more "professional looking" but from a usability perspective I'd make the form field labels and the tabs twice as large.
