I heard this on the radio today. I think it was just a clever excuse to get hammered. Or, he was already hammered when driving and decided this would be a clever way to disguise it.
Why wouldn't he just open the beer and pour it directly on the snow? Why add the "middle man"? Even ice cold beer would melt snow. And, he'd have better aim with a beer bottle. :) Also, I think that it is funny that he says that his liver and kidneys hurt. Can your liver and kidneys really deliver pain to your brain like that? I dunno, I am always a skeptic. Maybe I am reading too much into it. Funny story nonetheless....
