That's my point. Terrorists are looking to kill innocent women and children.
They're looking for the open displays of security and there are few more
open than eating out in the sun. This is truth. Showing the terrorist
getting what he deserves without hurting anyone else it timely, funny and
even gives a nice 'he got his' feeling. 
It is questionable because the terrorist dies or because he's trying to
kill? State of the world is the latter, maybe people will feel better if it
was the former.
