I wasn't to wililng to try it until the third or fourth time they made it.  I 
was pleasantly surprised.

My first thought was yuck, but I bet this would be good.

Last month in France I finally tried the apple tart with goose liver
melted over the top since we've been talking about it and there's talk
of changing fois gras laws.

It wasn't as bad as I thought, but I wouldn't pay for it or order it yet.
