Has a few wrinkles - my supervisor and I are the only 2 applications geeks, so we can't have the same days off. So we may have to "punt" around vacations and stuff. And communications are a little wierd. But heck if somebody really needs to talk to me I'm not gonna get p.o.'d if they page or phone... But by and large it's becoming real neat having a 3-day weekend every other week.
