Ah yeah, thats right. Its unpaid leave for up to a certain amount of time, 
whereby you are assured to get a position back in the company that is equal 
to your previous position.

Which is kind of scary because it doesn't necessarily have to be the same 
job....and who's to decide what's "equal".
