That's awesome. Hopefully they were freed because locals turned in the people 
who were holding them. That would be a sign that Iraqis are starting to see the 
hope for a peaceful tomorrow under a new democratic government. The sooner they 
start to have faith in their government, the sooner things will improve, and 
the sooner that happens, the sooner our troops can come home. 

On a related note, I read a story today about junior officers in Iraq who have 
been critical of military planning because they have failed to adopt any kind 
of light armor/surprise tactics to take the fight to the enemy. I can't find 
the link, though.
