This is the biggest issue for me.  The logitech keyboards (which I prefer) 
follow he same "edit block" layout as the orginak IBM boards (which I still use 
at work and are as clackity and loud as ever).  Dell uses this layout as well.

The MS keyboards all use the two column layout which I personally find insanley 
wonky.

Just something to consider - if you use those keys heavily changing the layout 
will instantly add 20% to your debugging time.  ;^)
