Ian, There is a product called Color Wheel Pro which is similar the site you use but a little more elaborate. It does not have the color blindness option though.
What I like about it is that the preview is in the context of what you want to design for. So, if it's a website, it will show you a preview of a website. It also does packaging. Worth to look at the 30 day free trial.
