The airport runs a shuttle from Dulles for $22. So, I'm guessing a cab
from there is going to be way pricey.

National is on the metro route, and the White Flint stop is "right
across the street" theoretically. It's a 45 minute metro ride, so
again, I'm thinking cab is expensive.
