Honestly, I don't eat out much and I'm a bit of a food snob. I think their food (other than the custard) is less than stellar. I don't eat red meat, so I haven't had their burgers (which may be good). But, for instance, their cheese curds are the frozen breaded kind, and their chicken sandwiches are pretty blah. Their custard is fine, and it's cheaper than Michael's or Dairy Queen. When I do go there, I usually get a small peanut butter cup sundae - which is plenty of food for me.
But, lately, I just make ice cream at home. It's easy and yummy. Of course, it takes a bit more planning. So, for those last minute cravings, I do still rely on Culvers.
