It was really neat! The weather was great and the food was good - even for
someone who doesn't eat fish. My friend thinks it is being overrun with
overpaid yuppie tech scum but I think that trend will settle down some.

They have an "underground tour" that is really cool. Part of the "new" city
is built over the "old" city and you can walk in these corridors under the
sidewalks and see the old buildings. Not for the claustrophobic! Seattle has
a very *ahem* interesting past, which wasn't even all that long ago. Only
around 100 years or so.
