I think DRK 1 and 2 were put out before DevNet was introduced, so if you don't have them by now, I don't think you'll be able to get them from any official sources.
And true to my cf-community posts, time for a slight topic change: I was just browsing through my DevNet subscription on MM's site, and I noticed they have CFMX 7 ready to download for Windows, Solaris, and Linux. But they also have a download for "Other" platform and then another labeled as "ColdFusion MX Enterprise 7.0 Extras" on "Other" platform. Does anyone know if there are any goodies included in the Extras version, or does it just contain generic installation utilties, etc that might not be that fun?
