I don't remember that one in specific, but there are several books of Don
Herbert's still in print called "Mr Wizard's Supermarket Science" that are
all excellent and chock full of these kinds of things.
One of my favorite lines from any movie ("Buckaroo Banzai" in this case):
Perfect Tommy: Emilio Lizardo. Wasn't he on TV once?
Buckaroo Banzai: You're thinking of Mr. Wizard.
Reno: Emilio Lizardo is a top scientist, dumbkopf.
Perfect Tommy: So was Mr. Wizard.
