A friend of mine, who works in a large corporation, tells a story about how people, who handle the money for the company, are some of the worst at personal finance. It seems that they are used to handling numbers in their business lives that control millions and millions of dollars that they have a hard time planning and wisely controlling household budgets of only 5 or 6 figures. At least the ones he works with at this individual corporation.
