I need to install a MySQL database on another machine. MySQL is already running on that machine, but I do not have physical access to the machine.
I have 2 choices, the first being to rely on a user to open a MySQL window, log in using the correct password and execute some complex SQL. OR, I can provide the user an installer and let the user run it to install the database. That said, does anyone here know the steps needed to copy a database from one MySQL server to another?
