The US and Canada have shared in the defense of the skies for years. Are
they in favor of getting nuked, or the US getting nuked?

Do I think it is a good system, no, do I think we need a good system that
can accommodate this threat, yes. If a missile is headed for the US and
could kill a few million people and destroy the US economy and with it a
major portion of the world economy, and we have to go through Canadian air
space to effetely stop that threat, then we go.
