20 hour days are definitely not normal. At least not in corporate-land. Being trapped in a dingy cubicle for longer than 8-10 hours is very dangerous. They have to let us out or we get fidgety and start running around acting like little kids. For some reason management gets nervous when we start running and throwing things and punching each other and dragging people around on the floor.
