I'd agree with this assessment... although I think also that part of the problem was that the sequel skipped genres unexpectedly and not in a good way like Pitch Black and the Chronicles of Riddick. They went the other way from an action flick to a horror/suspence, pick-em-off-slowly thing... Plus asside from being horror/suspense there was a certain "intent to gross-out" (i.e. not horror, just disgusting) in the sequel that not all horror/suspense films have. And after all that horror and grossing-out they capped the very end of the movie off with a very strange sort of 1984-esque scene that at least to me didn't feel like it was part of the rest of the film. s. isaac dealey 954.927.5117 new epoch : isn't it time for a change? add features without fixtures with the onTap open source framework http://www.fusiontap.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:148988 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
