9pm here.... just catching up on email. Landlord asked for help making the house look spiffy because he was having it appraised for refinincing. The guy never showed up and I caught the landlord, who was going to fix a broken door jamb finally, playing hooky and buying budweiser instead. I am kinda miffed. It's important enough for *me* to reschedule stuff, but he can't be bothered? Hmmmph. I need to move.
