I am curious as to what people think of the recent decision in the Apple case that online publishers are not journalists and therefore are not entitled tot he same protection? Personally, I think it will be overturned -- it defies common sense and there are people with deep pockets who have a big stake in this -- but I definitely think less of Apple for making the argument and of the judge for agreeing with it.
