Wow. I'm no military expert, but RDX is serious stuff. In a twisted way, this is a good thing, good in the sense that it puts the Indian public on alert that they are in the front lines of the War on Terror. And with all the tech center development in India, they have skin in the game. Not that the Indians would have a problem stomping the guts out of Islamo-fascist fanatics, but it heopfully makes it clear to them that the U.S. and India are on the same side.
The U.S. and India have every reason to be allies. Personally I would much rather have higher levels of economic cooperation with India than with China, whose leaders continue to screw us at every opportunity even as they drag their population out of poverty on the backs of U.S. consumers. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Michael Dinowitz" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "CF-Community" <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, March 08, 2005 2:23 PM Subject: India software firms targetted > I've rairly heard a better reason not to outsource. > > "Militants killed in an encounter in New Delhi on Saturday night planned to > attack leading software companies in Bangalore in addition to the Indian > Military Academy in Dehra Dun, Delhi police said on Sunday Indian police > claim the men were members of Lashkar-e-Toiba - a Wahabi militant group > fighting for an independent Kashmir.
