Wow. I'm no military expert, but RDX is serious stuff.

In a twisted way, this is a good thing, good in the sense that it puts the
Indian public on alert that they are in the front lines of the War on
Terror. And with all the tech center development in India, they have skin in
the game. Not that the Indians would have a problem stomping the guts out of
Islamo-fascist fanatics, but it heopfully makes it clear to them that the
U.S. and India are on the same side.

The U.S. and India have every reason to be allies. Personally I would much
rather have higher levels of economic cooperation with India than with
China, whose leaders continue to screw us at every opportunity even as they
drag their population out of poverty on the backs of U.S. consumers.
