Actually - I was referring to comments made a couple of weeks ago about
how bad Dell support is.
We've never had anything but good experiences, but then again, I realize
now, our computers are all bought under a business account - not a home
account.

The pricing is really not much different ... Perhaps people should just
always buy from the business end ...
