Are you using HTML text which requires the font on each computer, or do
you add the text directly to an image which won't require each user to
have that particular font?

Have you searched for pixel fonts? You can find quite a bit of them
related to Flash. They can get pretty tiny, yet still legible.

Subject: small fonts : monospace

hey guys.
what is a good small font to use on your standard site?

right now we draw tons of maps for monitoring UPS systems.
we draw the background images & label every thing with "Wafer" at 6.5
pt.

it is a bit map font also is mono space.

we have tried labeling things with regular html text but if it is a true
type it gets fuzzy when small...

i love Ariel or veranda, but they don't seem to work.
maybe there's a css trick to it?

so thats where i am at.
i hate doing text in photoshop.

it should be able to do this right with your help!
thanks!
