i feel your pain, except i dont have child support, nor the will to
stay on a pc for more than that... i play basketball on monday nights,
soccer on tuesday nights, gym for 1 hour the rest of the nights, and
just went down from 194 to 180 :)

my chol. checked, and  the doc made it VERY clear... if you dont want
to be on a statin for the rest of your life, get ur shit straight!

so, here i am, reduced to a meager diet, of ruffage, wheat, oats, and
well, the occasional hot wings and beer, when MARYLAND is playing, but
since we just FUCKING Lost to stupid FUCKING clemson, WE SUCK, and
now, im hoping mr marsalis can cheer me up tonight!
