Is that a fact or an opinion.
Shoud the news be loaded with the reporters personal opinons? Or
should that be left to the Opinion segment?

Why didn't he say:
"Some say a politically and ideologically motivated U.S. Supreme Court
handed ....
but most people realize they were just following the law."
