The wallpaper in our house became really easy to remove after we figured it
this system:

1) Remove the top outer layer of the wallpaper (the vinyl or cloth part
which has the design on it), leaving the paper which is glued to the wall.
This is usually very easy.

2) Score the paper with one of those round toothy tools.

3) Mix very hot water and DIF wallpaper remover liquid in a spray bottle.

4) Drench the scored paper with the mix, and wait 15 minutes.

5) Score the paper again. The paper should be practically melting away at
this point.

5) Continue to spray the paper as you scrape it off with a scraping tool.

It comes off like magic. I could do a whole room in less than two hours.
