I'd imagine her Kidneys are shot...15 years of feeding tube food probably can't be good for her...her heart is probably so badly out of shap that a person recieving it would have a heart attack just trying to stand up for the first time. Her brain might be pretty useful if sam wants a brain transplant though ;)
