Are you saying that legally?  Morally it's questionable since it gets
into the whole euthanasia thing.  Legally I'm don't think  it's murder
since it's not really 1st, 2nd, or 3rd degree murder.

At most maybe it would be voluntary manslaughter since it would be the
intent to kill, but without malice.  However if you didn't even intend
to kill, but just to "allow nature to take it's course" then how could
anyone be charged with anything?

I'm no lawyer, but I'd say that it's pretty grey, but I don't know
much about criminal law.
