If you lie to start a war that kills thousands of people isn't that murder?

If you see a man drowning and you don't try to save him, you're also allowing 
nature to take its course, but wouldn't his blood be on your hands?

In this case, you have a person who could eat through the use of intravenous, 
which you have within your power to provide. Without that IV, the person dies a 
slow, tortured death. 

"Letting nature take its course" is still (morally) murder.

And yes, I'm against euthanasia, although I don't envy those people leading a 
life where they're only being kept alive by machinery and have lost the use of 
their faculties ...
