I got Timewarner DVR (which does HD recording) for $10/month I can
get ABC, NBC, WB, Fox, ESPN, HDnet, HBO, Showtime, and some other
various PBS Discovery and INHD channels. I do not own an HD tv,
however in 2001 back when HD was really starting to come together, and
FCC said it would be required by 2005 I purchased enough I-bonds so
once they matured I could afford one of the orginal HDTVs model I
figured prices would fall so I would have enough left over to pay for
extras :) So by the time my bonds mature I am hoping HD will be much
much more popular. Voom looks promising....
