If you search the archives there will be oodles of posts singing the praises of Adam's classes. They are the only classes I've attended that are well worth every dime and then some. He pays attention to your wants and needs in both areas - food/drink AND subject matter. There's only 3 students per class and 2 instructors. That's a great deal of attention you'll be getting.
You will come away with a very full brain. And if you have any questions afterward, they are always a willing email away. I really do consider them the best training you will find. Enjoy!!!
