We do have a muti-million dollar insurance policy so I guess I live

In any event, that's not the case here.  There's not a single credible
accusation that says Mr. Schiavo was abusive and even if there was why
should he put his whole entire life into the public spotlight just to
kill her?  He gains nothing and loses a lot.

With all of the pressure and money behind this, don't you think if
there was even a hint of misconduct the Shindler's would move to
dismiss?  They haven't because there isn't any.

So your point is moot.  Yes I agree, if the guardian is of
questionable judgement they should be removed but, in this case, he's
not.
