Mr Buchanan doesn't enforce laws, even if he was a Presdential candidate. You must be referring to Bill Clinton ordering the Elian Gonzalez raid. Funny but I actually supported Clinton's decision. They boy belongs with his father. Also glad it made Clinton look bad but what the hell.
