I did somehting similar a couple of months ago. I meant to send to my boss a "the client is being stupid" email, since I'd shown them how to do something about eight times, hadn't changed the code, and they were complaining that what they had always done wasn't working anymore. Right. Fortunately, the client actually apologized. We were all shocked.
