Greenville is a fiarly nice area too...I used to live in Dayton Ohio its Northwest of Dayton...The area is nice...Look for Lebanon Ohio you will find some beautiful historic Houses there as well, generally between 130-250k. Once we finally get this whole wedding thing done (May 21st getting closer!!!) we'll be moving into a house probably in Lebanon. Its an awesome place to live...historical small town <30 minutes to Downtown Cinicinatti and only about 10 minutes from Paramount's Kings Island (www.pki.com i think) amusment park.
