Youre getting me all excited to no avail!

<style>
        #hello {
                overflow-y : scroll;
                height:50px;
                width:100px;
                background:white;
        }
        body {
                background:red;
        }
</style>
<div id="hello">
        If browsing with ie, you'll get this in scroll bars, if youre in
firefox, no scroll bars. I need the scrollbars.
</div>

If you know a workaround, I'm all ears!!
