I have high plans for our back yard.

I'm putting in some retaining/landscape walls. Especially on the hill. 3
foot high. Terraced effect. Stairs down into the lower yard. Flattened
out the best I can get it. Perhaps some paving stones. Outdoor firplace.
Flower beds. Maybe a fountain. Outdoor lighting.

Everything DIY.

It has the potential. And would REALLY help the resale price.

Actually quite excited at the prospect of the walls. Did a bunch of
research over the weekend on it. Just need to finish digging up all the
stumps first.

Cheers,
Erika

##| I've contemplated renting one of those things that just

##| to make my back .4 more hospitable this year.
