Hm. I've never had sprouted bread. I've seen some recipes, but haven't
tackled it as of yet.

Oh, and I make my own granola too. Just a touch of honey, brown rice
syrup or maple syrup - or some combination thereof, mixed with oats,
raisins, flax seed, wheat germ, and sometimes coconut. Bake and voila.

We don't eat out a whole lot, and don't eat much in the way of
convenience foods. We tend to be "foodies" of a sort. We eat pretty
simply, but mostly homemade. The only processed crap we eat is Annies
All Natural Mac and Cheese - cause sometimes you need a quick lunch.

Hm....tonight I made goat cheese, sundried tomato and roasted garlic
soufles and homemade caramel pecan rolls. Bit of a splurge, that. But,
mmmmmmmm.
