ok..
false morels are so easy to spot.

regular morels yellow/gray & black the patter goes in & the outside
are the ridges.
they are also hollow.

false morels do the oposite. the are bulbus, with the riges inset. and
they are no hollow.

there is also the half-free morel which is a sub-species, also called
a peckerhead, since it well looks like a peker. they are also good to
eat.

false morels will only make you sick. not kill you. easy to spot the differnce
