Right now, the BD blends are a stop gap measure.  You can run straight
vegetable oil through a diesel engine, but it's more viscous than
regular diesel fuel so it has to be heated to bring the viscousity
down.

The group that runs this sells BD in 2 types.  20%BD Blend and 100%BD.
 This blend is also made with new Soybean oil.  It's not recycled
frying oil.....but that is an option for an inquisitive hobbyist :)
