First gut take - I really like it. Some nits. I don't say they are wrong, but they rub me wrong, somehow. The contact info in the bottom right (outside the box). It just feels so WRONG. It's not on the "page". The left navbar. I don't think I like the menu items centered. The menu text is not centered verticall in all boxes The top and bottom boxes are taller than the others. The white space between boxes does not appear uniform. There is no whitespace below the last box. This makes the box appear to merge with the pale blue frame to the bottom and to the right. Which makes me notice there is no frame to the left or top. Which makes me think it is a drop shadow for the content area, but it doesn't look right for a drop shadow. The yellow/blue/orange line at the top of the content area follows the color scheme well, but when not looking directly at it, the blue line ending bothers my eye.
The half box ad in the top right is a pixel or 2 shorter than the banner in the top left.
