Have you checkout out AbleComm? Thier latest runs on MX and you can
purchase it with encrypted or unencrypted source. Older version were
pretty nasty but thier latest is better, though I never had experience
with it in production....One caveat about it though is it uses
Coldfusion mostly as a presentation tier and most of the business
logic is in Java.

I know if you search through the archives you can find a few other
shoppingh carts talked about in the past most of them cheaper then
AbleComm.
